Essence Hot Hair Fall 2011



A few months ago I was chosen for a makeover story for the Essence Hot Hair Special Issue. I was a bit nervous because you never know how these things will turn out. I must say that I am extremely happy. They did a sister right. Yay! Thank you Essence and the team responsible for my "glamover".

    I have this issue and your makeover was awesome! I see that you also wear your hair natural. I'm looking to get my hair trimmed for the 1st time since I've been natural, but I'm nervous about my hair returning to its natural curl pattern once blow dried or pressed. Did you have any issues with your hair?
