Kale - the super food





I wanted to share this email I received from Dr. Ben Kim's Newsletter on one of the many ways to prepare kale which has always been a staple in my household. When I need to beef up my immune system or want to kick start my "slim down," I make sure I incorporate this super food in my diet.
